Sample Proposal

For the purposes of demonstrating my work as a proposal writer, I have created a sample proposal based on two imaginary companies. 

The selling company is BrainTech. BrainTech sells its proprietary AI product, BrainComp, to companies that are trying to perform AI analysis on various data pools. 

In this proposal, BrainTech is selling BrainComp as a standalone product sold under the SaaS model to Epicode. Epicode is building AI models based on their supply chain transactions.

The purchaser, Epicode, is an Amazon aggregation company that is working on creating groups of vendors that can sell through the Amazon marketplace under one name. They work on a system of mergers and acquisitions but also need to keep close tabs on their supply chain transactions to ensure that their subsidiaries are performing according to their established SLAs.
